Beach Tower at Moraya Bay

Provided floodplain management services to map and facilitate a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to more accurately depict the flood zone designation for The Beach Tower at Moraya Bay Condominium Association. The LOMR revised the flood zone designation for the property from a high risk VE zone to a much lower risk AE zone which reduced their annual flood insurance premium by approximately $180,000.
