Wildwood Preserve

Our team provided the engineering design, plan production, permitting and construction certification services for a 44-unit, single-family subdivision. The design included paving, drainage and utility improvements as well as master surface water management facilities, while other components ranged from the installation of an eight-inch sanitary sewer main to the excavation of a lake. J.R. Evans worked with permitting agencies to complete this project in just six months.
