Lakoya ERP & PPL

Description: Stock Development asked us to design and permit the 245-acre, 365-unit Lely Resort, adjacent to a regional slough that collected a regional flow-way system and ultimately discharged into Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Preserve. We developed the street and lot layout; designs for water, wastewater and irrigation infrastructure as well as surface water management — all without impacting the existing surface water management system and golf course alignment. The four-year project included excavation of over one million cubic yards of fill/rock and came to a close when a 20-acre parcel was set aside for the development of a 304-unit apartment complex, along with amenities and utilities.
