Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades

Description: Pulte Group tasked us with planning, hydrogeological surveying, transportation and civil engineering design services for an 846-acre project. We used a PUD application to integrate an existing 18-hole golf course with a 560-unit residential community, amenities package and additional land development that would not impact course playability. In addition to coordination of utilities integration for a three-mile water and sewer main extension, the 5.5-year project was brought to completion with an intricate plan of floodplain compensation and regional flow rerouting.
