FineMark National Bank & Trust’s National Headquarters

Description: FineMark National Bank & Trust called on J.R. Evans to engineer, plan and permit its 63,000-square-foot, 6.36-acre national headquarters. This project included a detailed earthwork analysis that minimized the amount of existing soil material and saved the end user substantial costs. We completed the site in less than one year, having worked with Outside Productions International, Dagostino Geospatial, Transportation Consultants and Stevens Construction as well as coordinated with Lee County Development Services, Lee County DOT and DOH, Lee County Utilities, SFWMD, FDEP and FAA.
