Collier’s Reserve

Description: We conducted civil engineering design and permitting services for an 11,476-square-foot clubhouse, bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, elevated boardwalks and related infrastructure. The project included the extension of an eight-inch water main to provide domestic water demand and fire protection as well as an eight-inch sanitary sewer main for wastewater collection and an adjacent pump station. Our team helped bring this boat house amenity renovation to completion in 2.5 years.
