Description: Stock Development tasked us with a civil engineering and permitting services project that included 304 multifamily units across five residential buildings, within a 35-acre community. Features ranged from an eight-inch sewer main and new lift station to parking lot and site grading. Ultimately, right-of-way permits, coordination with dry utility companies, construction observation and certification bought the project to completion in 3.5 years.
